Shipping & delivery

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can follow it any time on our tracking page.

• European Union: 6–12 business days
• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 8–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Under EU consumer law we deliver no later than 30 days after your order unless we agreed otherwise with you. If we can't, you may ask for delivery within an additional reasonable period and, if that also passes, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $50. Orders below $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final price — all shipping costs and applicable VAT are shown before you confirm your order, as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Orders inside the EU include VAT and never carry extra customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by you as the recipient.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) physically receive the goods. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time and we will replace it or refund you in full.
