Terms & conditions

These terms govern all purchases from the BONZAI online store, operated by BONZAI Studio, contactable at hello@bonzai.store. Add your registered company name, address, register number and VAT ID here before selling.

Product listings are an invitation to order. A binding contract arises when we confirm your order by email. Before you confirm the order you can review and correct your input at every step of the checkout.

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $50; below that a flat shipping rate applies and is shown before you place the order. Payment is due at checkout using the methods offered there.

Delivery times and terms are described on our shipping page, which forms part of these terms. We deliver without undue delay and, unless agreed otherwise, no later than 30 business days after your order is confirmed.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity are described in full on our returns page.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

The law of our place of establishment applies, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Disputes can also be brought to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
